I went in with my kids to look at refrigerators since ours is no longer working. I was greeted by a nice lady and she gave me some quick information about them and their delivery service. She said to let her know if I needed anything or had anymore questions and let me continue looking. Then another lady approached me and did not step away from me at all, which made me feel really uncomfortable. Every step I took she was right there one step behind me and at that point I stopped taking note of what I was looking at. If I needed anything I would have approached someone on my own. Her presence made me feel like we were doing something wrong. Their prices are great, but don’t know if I’m comfortable going back.

I needed a repair on my washing machine; I recorded the issue (to help describe the sounds made) and it was quickly diagnosed with ease. The repair was done carefully, with inspections throughout by Andy — who was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend their service.

I have a busted dryer that loves to quit working so I went into this shop for replacement parts and they went out of their way to help me find the right ones they have decent prices on their appliances and even saw that the customer ahead of me was dealt with very fairly which I have to say to all my fine folks thats now a rarity in business so I highly recommend to the community of you need help this location is the one you want to stop by happy shopping!
