Humberto at Ken Mar appliances has been such a blessing in my life. I own 14 residential rental units in Lancaster and I supply stoves, refrigerators and washer and dryers in each unit. I have had a consistently phenomenal experience with Humberto. He is honest, kind and very knowledgeable about appliances. He honors his warranties and knows how to fix issues with the least possible expense. I most highly recommend this business.

Bought a washer from here and in less than a 6 months it stopped working. They stated it was used and only had a three month warranty. Wouldn't even give a discount on another one. I think it changed ownership and the customer service went down hill. I will not be buying anything from that place again. Would've given no stars if that was an option.

Update: 2-9-26 after speaking with Peter and he said, I had a good dryer worth rebuilding. I told him just send your guy out with all the parts I needed... Thermal coupler, Igniter, Coil, Rollers for the drum, and a Drum Belt. He sent out Humberto who is awesome. He has over twenty five years in the business, and I enjoyed talking to him while he replaced the parts.The time went by so fast. He even inspected my Vent Tubing in the back of the dryer, which was kinked, and replace that for me. He showed me where all the lint had built up inside the dryer. Humberto is extremely knowledgeable. and efficient. I could have talked with him all day. I will always call Ken Mar and I'll always ask if Humbreto is available for the service call. I just spoke to Peter. He answered all my questions and was very knowable, and friendly. Going to call them out for a service call ($50 which is a fair price).

If I can put 0 star I would. Do not go to this place. I repeat do not go. They are so disorganized they have no control of that place. I had to go look for my own dishwasher cause they didn’t know where it was and to top it off it was not fixed. They said it was too expensive to get fixed but they never called to tell me that. Im definitely filing a claim to get this place shut down.

It's a family owned store. I went there on the recommendation of my uncle. He has been buying their products for years. My experience was also positive. I bought a used washer and dryer and got a good deal. I got a Kenmore washer and dryer for$550. Delivery and installation were an additional$80. And it came with their own 90 day warranty. You can't beat that in California!
