Straight forward, no bs, I told them what I was looking for and my price range and boom sold. I was only in the store for about 5 minutes because they had what I wanted and didn't try to up sell me on something else. Had my washer and dryer delivered the same day from an awesome delivery driver. They also give a 90-day warranty.

Bought a refrigerator for a great price with fair cost for delivery. Had contact with 3 different workers here over the 3 day process of looking to delivery. All friendly and appeared honest. Just had it delivered with a 90 day warranty. Seems to be working fine so far.

After moving into a new place, My Husband and I were tired of the laundry mats; and seeing we have washer and dryer hookups now, it’s was time to shop! We found them here! Little less than 500 for the pair (matching pair)! 2 1/2 yrs later the CCU (main circuit board) goes out. Unfortunately that part is not only unavailable, it’s discontinued! lol So We WILL be going back to see if they have anything to our liking. 😊

Am SO disappointed, purchased a washer from them this week; we ran ONE load of laundry thru; it FLOODED our whole laundry room! NOT good business practice AT ALL!!!! After another repair call, washer is STILL leaking everywhere. HOW can customers get reliable & honest help here in Modesto?????

I purchased a used washer from this store about 10 months ago for less than a quarter of what you would pay for a new one and it's been working great since. Mr. Ramirez delivers his appliances (for a fee of course) and sets it up for you... Very good service. I'll be purchasing an electric dryer from him tomorrow and I am confident that I will be satisfied with the product and his service again.
