Pro Appliance

I went into the Pro Appliance showroom and found a brand-new dryer for almost half the price I had seen at other retailers! They even delivered it the same day and included an extended warranty. The entire experience was easy and stress-free. A special thanks to Belen for the outstanding customer service—I highly recommend Pro Appliance!

Everyone here is very nice and helpful. I always have a very good experience with them as my fridge has broken down twice but this last time Cameron suggested to just get a new one. My last fridge was about 20+ years old and the compressor finally gave out. Their delivery person Jeremy was friendly and patient. He made sure that my fridge was not wobbly as the floors are uneven. I highly recommend them.

Pro appliance has been decent to us. I really appreciate Martha (that’s honestly the only reason they’re getting four stars is because Martha works for them) and her willingness to hear me out - multiple times - and to make the situation that I was going through with them right. We were delivered a stackable that wasn’t up to par/broken and was always breaking, After struggling through the whole process of almost a year trying to get it properly fixed, and while pregnant, Martha ended up getting us a new unit with the same contract new warranty delivered to my house and it’s been a few weeks now and the machine hasn’t broken down and I couldn’t be more grateful. Would I purchase a separate unit from them like a refrigerator or anything household? Probably not but again, Martha’s willingness to make it right is the reason why I’m giving four stars! I had a great experience with Pro Appliance Repair. Victor came out to fix my washer and also serviced my dryer. He was very professional, worked quickly, and clearly knows what he’s doing. What I really appreciated was that he took the time to explain what was going on with the appliances and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The service was fast and the price was very reasonable. It’s hard to find honest and reliable service these days, but Victor definitely delivered. I highly recommend Victor and Pro Appliance Repair if you’re looking for trustworthy appliance repair.
