Sas Appliances

This company is extremely unprofessional. We told them from the start that our stove and oven were shocking us when touched, and instead of taking it seriously, they argued and insisted it “doesn’t shock anybody” and that we should keep using it. They replaced the stove multiple times — the first replacement had the same problem, and after the third stove in a month, they ended up piecing together two completely different stoves from different brands. The inside of the oven was rusted, and the whole setup looked unsafe. When contractors finally came out, they found that the real issue was a wire that needed to be grounded, but they refused to touch the stove because of how badly it was pieced together. We went an entire month without a working way to cook for our family of five. The man we dealt with was rude, dismissive, and argumentative every time we tried to explain what was happening. If you can avoid this place, do it 100%. You’ll get nothing but junk, excuses, and attitude. There are much better places to spend your money

I had an amazing experience with SAS Appliances! Their service was super fast, professional, and easy to communicate, Specially Mr. Santiago!. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my appliance issue, and their pricing was very fair. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly. Not good news to share about SAS Appliance. I had to rate one star to leave comment. Their troubleshooting skills are the worst. Charged me $200 to diagnose and repair. They changed parts that were working absolutely fine. Still the same issue. They refused to make it right. Tried to sell me a used appliance. Go elsewhere for appliance repair.

Worst business in town. The owner sold me an "authentic" Samsung part for my dryer, the next day it was burnt up, come to find out it was NOT authentic, and his own employee told us it wasn't a Samsung part. Went to get a refund or the actual part I paid for, and he argued with me, refused to give me credit and refused to give me the correct part BUT told me I could purchase another part. WHAT A JOKE!!!

I had a service call thru my property management on my fridge and Santiago was so helpful he explained that I may need a new fridge but he will try his best to fix it himself so it will not run me more. He called a few people and ended it up fixing and it has been working great ever since . Well months later my washer stopped working it was stuck on the rinse cycle . So I called the store and they came to look at it and explained it was a certain part and he told me a price which I was expecting it to be more so I was excited when he told he him price . We got it to work and then boom 7 days later same issue I was upset and irritated called them up and they were calm with me and explained they would send someone out immediately and fix the issue . They were so professional with me and fixed it for me . Thank you guys again .
