Zan n Jim purchased the Napoleon Prestige Pro 665 RSIB natural gas grill on 5.30.25. The sales experience was great w Adam, as he provided answers to ALL of our questions. Dayle was also a part of the sale. He rocks! They told us 2-4 weeks for delivery BUT it was in & ready for pickup a week later! All of the employees helped get it in our truck. Once home, hubby Jim assembled it successfully. Then Zan had more questions about the grill. Josh, the GM who has been w Barbeques Galore for 17 years, was so kind and assisted Zan for 40 minutes on the phone. So all in all, GO to Barbeques Galore in Allen, TX and u will be happy u did! Cant say enough good things about the sale itself and CUSTOMER SERVICE after purchase! (& hardly any companies are as responsive AFTER the Sale.) Their Team ROCKS!!! And we love our new grill. It is so well made. Had Weber summit last and hubby rebuilt it many times to keep it working for 26 years. The Napoleon should out-live us!

I just had the most fantastic experience in the Allen store. I went in to ask some questions about our Weber Genesis and Josh was extremely helpful and answered each and every question I had and went beyond his customer service. The other employee was helpful as well, but I did not catch his name. I could tell that Josh knows his business inside and out. Customer service these days has disappeared, but Josh made me realize there are some people that still believe in providing it. Thank you

We had our outdoor kitchen remodeled earlier this summer and we went to Barbecues Galore of Allen to pick out a new grill and outdoor appliances. Our salesman, Juan Davila, is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He listened to what we were wanting and presented us with several great options within our budget. Best of all has been Juan’s communication with us after the sell. He quickly responds to our questions and has given us valued suggestions for maintaining our new grill. We selected the Artisan American Eagle 36” Grill for its build quality and ease of cleaning. We also purchased the Artisan 24” Outdoor Refrigerator and Artisan Trash Drawer and Cabinets to keep the look consistent. We’re very pleased with our Artisan products. The build quality and warranty is the same as some much more expensive brands. We had a great experience with Barbecues Galore of Allen and we highly recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience with our purchase of a Big Joe III at the Allen location of BBQ Galore. The storeroom was well stocked, the staff was super helpful, and we got a killer deal on our grill (saved $800 compared to other stores and online). Josh went above and beyond to help educate us and get us an incredible grill at an amazing price. I’d called other stores, but ended up buying the grill unseen over the phone based on Josh’s reviews. My experience was as wonderful as everyone else’s. Josh and BBQ Galore are now our go-to bbq store!
