All Appliance Svc

I was referred by a friend to All Brand Appliance quite a few years ago after being overcharged by other applicance companies each time an appliance had to be repaired. I had All Brand come out and install our new oven. The gentleman was professional and did an excellent job and the price was surprisingly reasonable. Last week our ice maker malfunctioned, so I decided to call All Brand again. They sent a repair technician out within 2 days - he even arrived earlier than promised. The icemaker was repaired and the bill was in the $170 range. Again, we were shocked, as we have never had a repair done on an ice maker before that wasn't north of $350. There is a reason these people have a high rating on Google - they have excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable technicians, and their pricing is more than fair. They will continue to be our go-to for all appliance repair.

I couldn't be more impressed with the appliance repair service I received! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment with Linda, the customer service was excellent. The technician Eric arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my GE Monogram built in refrigerator. Not only did they fix the problem efficiently, but they also took the time to explain what caused the issue and how to avoid it in the future. The repair was completed quickly, and everything is working perfectly now. The pricing was transparent, and there were no hidden fees. It's rare to find such trustworthy and skilled professionals these days, and I will definitely be using their services again for any future appliance issues. Highly recommend!

FOLLOW UP- THE BEST I'VE EVER USED We used All Brand a few years ago (see) below and had occasion to call them recently for a dryer that wouldn't start. Once again, Linda answered our call and again took the time to talk us through possible fixes so we wouldn't need to pay for an actual service call. When none of that fixed the problem they sent a repairman out the next day, who arrived promptly when scheduled, fixed the problem, advised us how to avoid it in the future, and charged 1/2 of what the manufacturer's service center wanted. I cannot praise All Brand too highly. It is so rare to find a service company that is so helpful, fair and affordable these days. God bless them. THREE YEARS AGO: They are GREAT! Our fifteen-year old Whirlpool dishwasher wasn't working. Other repair services didn't even want to discuss the problem, just wanted to send someone out, with a $75 diagnostic fee. Linda from All Brand spend several minutes with me on the phone, talking me through different steps I could try to fix the problem myself. When it still wouldn't work, her husband and his assistant Eric came out, quickly diagnosed the issue (a burned out heater coil) and fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price. And at no extra charge they also replaced the heater relay and cleaned out the filter, which was nearly clogged. Couldn't ask for better service or nicer people. They're the best.
