I entered my information on their website and received a call (on a Sunday!) within minutes. Appointment was scheduled for the following day and the technician (Jack) showed up on schedule. He's very friendly and is not bothered by my dog. He quickly fixed my stove and charged me less than quoted. This was my second experience with ASA and Jack (fridge last time, still working great) and they couldn't be better. HIGHLY recommend this company and Jack if you live in coastal Ventura County!

My gas range igniter was repaired in a fast and professional manner. The burner failed to ignite hence the technician changed the igniter at once. Now it comes on in a flash--is that professional service!
