Your video instructions for replacing those parts was perfect. You mentioned all the things I needed to know, most of which I've had to learn the hard way. I've taken the fan off a bunch of times to clean it, and if I'd seen your instructions first, I'd have had an easier time. I ordered the parts last Thursday, and they arrived today, Tuesday. You packed the parts very well, as if you actually cared whether they arrived safely. They did! Installation took an hour, including cleanup, and went very smoothly.
