A-1 Appliance of Rocklin

After researching for weeks, I found the dishwasher brand, make and model I wanted at A-1. Pete is a great salesperson and it was an easy transaction. The Bosch dishwasher was $1,592 at CostCo and it was on sale at A-1. Everything went smoothly until the delivery day. I took time off work to be home for the two hour window. Did not receive the dishwasher or a phone call notifying me of the delay. I had to call the shop. Delivery happened that afternoon, more time off work. Delivery drivers were apologetic; I know stuff happens and a simple phone call is solid customer service. They installed the dishwasher and left. I tried to run it in and no power - it was plugged into the switch outlet. They immediately came back and fixed it. . Awesome! Then when I went to run it again, the control panel was scratched in two different areas. I called the shop and Pete offered to replace the control panel and reimburse the installation fee. Still waiting for both.

I found A-1 Appliance on a recommendation from my contractor that many of his clients told him they were very pleased with them. Wow, am I glad I found them! Garrett was sooo knowledgable abut all of the items I had questions about and he definitely shared the pros and cons of all of the options I was considering. He didn't try to steer me towards the highest priced appliances. He was open and honest with all of his responses. i shopped a few other appliance stores and know that I got the best service, the best price, and feel confident in my choices. I even ended up getting a floor model refigerator that I hadn't intended. He took all the time with me that I needed. Thanks A-1 and Thanks Garrett!

We decided on a complete kitchen renovation and all new appliances were part of the plan. We visited several appliance stores before visiting A-1 Appliance in Rocklin and found working with Garrett a great experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and had competent answers for our many questions. Our project was expected to take four to six months due to foundation work, truss work, and wall moving. With an uncertain timeline, we had concerns about storing the appliances prior to installation. A-1 provided extended storage until we were ready for installation. This took a lot of stress out of the process. At the end of our project, Garrett helped with product warranty registration and applying for the rebates. This was a great experience, and we will visit A-1 again for our future appliance needs. Thank you A-1 Appliance team.
