I understand businesses may charge delivery, pickup, or restocking fees. My issue is that after paying $366, I only received $123 back after returning the item the next day. The total deductions felt excessive and were not explained clearly enough upfront. I would strongly recommend customers ask for a full written breakdown of all possible fees before purchasing.

Gina and her appliance repair team have been fantastic to work with—this was actually the second time they’ve been out to our house. The first time, they were completely honest and told us the appliance wasn’t cost-effective to repair and that we’d be better off replacing it, rather than trying to sell us an unnecessary fix. This visit was just as positive. The technician was professional, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Most importantly, my wife felt comfortable and never felt talked down to, which unfortunately isn’t always the case with other trades. Honest, trustworthy, and highly recommended.
