I called them for repair of my LG Refrigerator. I can’t tell you how friendly and pleasant I was treated! AND! He even gave me suggestions on what I might try to be sure if it just needed “resetting”, which I could do! What great people!

Wow! Amazing company! Swift call back, next day appointment (on a Saturday!) and experienced recommendations and service. They had helpful knowledge of the PG&E claim process, and made sure I had all the information I needed to expedite the claim. Dealt with Reuben, Jesse and Frankie - they were all very solicitous and made me feel like my service call was important, aka great customer service. I gave four stars because I believe everyone can improve a little, but I'm just not sure how with these folks, who are now on Maple in Salinas. Rock on guys!!
