Was in need of a belt and tensioner pulley for my dryer. They seem to have the parts but the belt appeared short and I mentioned it before I left. I got home and tried fitting the belt and it would not fit my dryer, it was too short. I went back within 30 minutes of purchase and they let me look at a few different used belts but they were again either too short or too long. I asked for a refund on my belt and was told that there were no refunds allowed. Sorry but that's not the way to do business.

Definitely earned 5 stars. Honest experts with great customer service. I made many calls and they are the best in economic and expertise decisions. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING ELSEWHERE. If you have a small fridge, they will honestly tell you that repair costs surpass the price of the fridge.

The guys here understand that not everyone can buy a brand new appliance, and with people upgrading a good working appliance for a newer one makes your decision a little easier knowing that you are going to be purchasing something that was good to begin with. They guarantee all items for 30 days which gives you a breath of relief. You can also test the appliances before purchasing them, I tried out a gas heated dryer and was impressed with how well it worked. I would highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't have the means to buy a new appliance and save a lot of money while doing so.

bought a stainless steel double door fridge. for ABOUT $500. water and ice maker didn't work properly. Fridge started leaking after 1month. and now about 5 months later doesn't work at all. I would never recommend or go back to this place. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!
