Very irresponsible paid him in advance for a refrigerator part stated it would be installed on the 9th then when I txt on the 10th he said he was short staff and could only come Friday which is 4 days later but he never txt unless I do. He never showed up and I keep txt and nothing no call or txt.

Worst experience ever!! I had them come out in December the guy told me the frig just needed Freon I paid $190 and the frig is still not working I’ve messaged the tech directly and on here and nuthn I had an appt today and I’ve been sitting here waiting and no show! He told me the service was warrantied for 90 days it’s been less and it’s like playing tag!! People r so shady! How do u run a business and not make sure ur customers r taken care of we r supposed to trust that u r looking at the appliance and we r paying for a solution in my case they just got me for $190….

Needed someone ASAP ! My A/C stopped working and with this horrible weather I needed someone fast and reliable. I called them and spoke to Eddie I explained to him what was going on and how important it was to get someone to fix it quickly especially with my little ones that can’t sleep with this heat . He informed me he was super booked but would do his best to work me in the schedule. Luckily he was able to come same day and save the day Literally ! This company provides great service, fair pricing, and fast response. Old stove appliances fixed our A/C quickly and professionally — couldn’t ask for more!

Terrible service. Came to fix a washer and left it worst they always say they will come to fix it and don’t show up Contacted multiple times to come back for there parts and return my money back and just say they on their way and just don’t show up, hope they return my money Extremely unprofessional.
