Highly Recommend, professional on time !!! I just want to express my appreciation and respect for the extremely professional removal and installation of the new speed queen for my mother... I witnessed the extra effort to make certain everything was done to ensure the contents of my mother's home were safe from any possible damage from weight of the speed queen on her thresholds ... thank you!!! I highly recommend and would be honored to use in the future! :)

We've gone to Appliance Alley a couple times and they've always been great. Our first experience with Johnny was so positive that we went back when we did a complete kitchen remodel and needed all new appliances. Kurt then helped us get set up with all the models we were looking for and gave us a great price. Good people and great to have a local appliance shop that you can count on.

I have always bought my appliances from big box stores, where sales rep usually shrugs if I ask if it's a good appliance. When my GE washer died after 3 years, I knew I wanted an electrolux washer as a replacement. I found Appliance Alley on their website as a distributor. That morning I went down there to see what they could do. Parking was easy, and I was greeted by three employees when I walked in. They let me browse and answered my questions. The salesperson brought up the comparison between the different models and let me know which ones were in stock. After a little while, I made an informed decision and bought the washer for a great price. What was even better was they had it delivered and installed the SAME DAY! The delivery fee was an extra charge, but they only charged $15 for haul away. It was so refreshing buying from a local business with tons of knowledge. I will be returning for all my appliance needs.

I upgraded my kitchen appliances last year. I just purchased a new washer dryer all from Appliance Alley. They know what they are talking about and they are serious about providing excellent customer service. The prices were the same as Lowes and Home Depot but the personal attention and quality of the installers was much higher than I experienced with the big box retailers in the past. I will never go anywhere else for appliances. These guys are top quality!

Summary: Lower prices than Costco and much better delivery & installation. Details: Complete kitchen remodel with all Bosch appliances purchased and delivery arrangements made via telephone & online from 500-miles away. Customer service from Rey was tops. Kitchen appliances delivered to my condo and sat covered for months due to construction delays. I paid for installation but my kitchen remodel crew ended up installing the appliances. The installation charge I paid was easily converted to a store credit. A few months later I applied this credit to the purchase/delivery/installation of a LG Washer/Dryer tower. I was on site for the delivery and installation by Appliance Alley employees. Very tight staircase clearance with multiple turns. Freshly painted surfaces everywhere. Not a single ding or scrape. Impressive. I highly recommend Appliance Alley👍
