DON’T EVER COME HER. I regreat coming here they are very unprofessional. There very lucky I’m putting 1 star if it was up to me it would have no stars at all. I came here because I bought a washer and had a great experience even a smoother delivery. I went to buy a washer and dryer the lady said they only had a washer but not the dryer it will be here in 2 weeks I said it was fine they will deliver it on Monday. I had my brother waiting all day no calls and no show to inform us they were not going to deliver. Even my husband called and they told him they will deliver it on Wednesday. Eduardo came to the house and deliver it the washer when I saw it was all beat up the lid did not close. I’m not paying for something that is not working. I called the lady back I told her I wanted to cancel everything and she said no she had more washer and dryers and when she sent us the pictures they were all scratch. She said she will have someone pick it up on Monday so Monday came and nobody came to pick it up. She hasn’t even called we been calling and calling and no answer. Even my husband left a voicemail and still no answer. To this point they still haven’t even answer THIS PLACE IS VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME .

Unfortunately I would have loved to give them a 5 star review but we had an experience that was unacceptable. If they can change their minds about righting their wrongs, I will consider taking this down, but I doubt they'll do anything. Great machines and good prices. The deliverer that Rosemary arranged who was supposed to haul away, drop off and install wrecked our new LVP flooring on our staircase. He should have just told us that he needed more help and would need to return but instead he did the job anyways and chipped several stairs and chipped the walls. He came back later to try to "fix" it but made the damage look worse. We called Rosemary the sales woman who arranged everything but first she blamed us for having a heavy machine and water dripping from it (we had plumbing issues with the old machine). Then she blamed the handyman (Marco) for being new and not knowing that he would do that. A more acceptable response would be to ask us to get it fixed and that they would reimburse us since it was their fault not ours. She only offered a discount the next time we buy a machine from them. NO THANKS.

Eduardo, the owner, sold us a very high end fridge ($11,000) and offered a one-year warranty. His team delivered the refrigerator on time as planned and dented the back of it when taking it off the truck. I called Eduardo and he answered immediately, and told me not to worry about it, that it was purely cosmetic, and would not affect performance. Unfortunately, there have been some issues with the refrigerator, but Eduardo has been very responsive and sent repair technicians to my house four times attempting to fix the problem where the refrigerator does not defrost, and subsequently loses cooling in the freezer and stops making ice. The most recent attempt involved replacing a computer component and now the touchscreen controls will not turn on. The last touch point was scheduled for Tuesday, November 26. Although I have not yet heard back from him on what the solution is, he has been very courteous up to this point and I’m sure he will resolve it soon. I will be sure to post an update with the conclusion. Update 12/30/24: Eduardo took care of everything! He is an incredibly professional businessperson and a genuinely good human being. I feel better for having known him, and would definitely consider additional purchases in the future! This purchase cost thousands less than I would’ve paid at retail. Five stars.

What a great experience I had with Appliance Station! I am so delighted that I have to share with the world. I contacted the company via Facebook messenger and from that instant I received ,great, timely information. I must have asked the associate, Rosemary, a hundred questions as I was price checking and she was so professional, informative and soooo timely. Needless to say, I purchased a washer, went in to the store , made purchase, met Rosemary in person and she was so very nice. She made my purchasing experience so seamless, and keep in mind I was so distressed to make a purchase as my machine experienced an overflow the night before!! I was so relieved that I accomplished the purchase in one day, same day. And guess what? Delivery was that same day! The technicians were timely, professional and even took time to go over some of the features again with me.... Wow! Wow! If you are in the need of appliances, I truly recommend "Appliance Station".

This place is great. They have the best prices. I worked with Ricardo to purchase a new washer and dryer. He was very fair and honest and actually found me a better model for the same price. I shopped around before going to this establishment and I have to say that I saved over $600. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.
