I purchased a refrigerator from Aztec. Dawn (Sales specialist) is amazing! Extremely helpful, patient and was integral in my decision for which model to select. She helped me find a model which was in stock. So important since my fridge died unexpectedly so I needed a replacement right away. Also the delivery team Sergio and Manny were professional, kind and courteous. Thanks a million team!

I previously worked with another management company and used Aztec Appliance in the past, but this time around Dawn made it delightful and went above and beyond while handling a difficult project. We had a number of issues arise, but she consistently checked in and made sure we stayed within budget. Dawn also went above and beyond multiple times by personally checking the floor to see if they had any models in stock. Her positive and fun attitude made what could have been a very stressful experience, coordinating between the owner, tenants, and others much more manageable and enjoyable. Thank you, Dawn and Aztec Appliance! We will always keep you in mind when looking for new appliances.

Walked in at the end of the day hoping to get help from sales/reception person to answer some quick questions about delivery and installation process if we purchase appliance from this store. The lady with the blond hair and tattoo was the rudest and condensing person I’ve interacted with. Didn’t provide helpful info in answering questions and acted like I asked stupid questions not worth the time. She needs serious customer service training. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a very frustrating experience with this appliance company. First, the customer service was terrible. The woman on the phone was unprofessional and rude, and she didn’t explain anything unless I specifically asked. When I called back for clarification, she responded with an attitude, as if I was bothering her just by calling again. The delivery was just as disappointing. I was given a time window of 3 PM to 6 PM, but the delivery team didn’t show up until 7:30 PM. I ended up waiting nearly five hours, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the delivery crew made a mess on my carpet and didn’t seem to care at all. When I brought it up, they just said “there’s nothing we can do” instead of even attempting to be more careful or offering any kind of solution. Overall, this was a very poor experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I called then asked to speak to someone about purchasing a Refrigerator and all new appliances, the person who took the call told me no one can answer which brand is easiest to service, they talked down about the questions I asked and had the nerve to say “do you know who you are calling?”. They were condescending then they wrapped up the conversation out of frustration. I won’t do business with Aztec Appliance. I called Premier Appliance Store right after and they answered every question I had in less than 3 minutes. Premier Appliance Store mentioned GE and Zline are the easiest to get parts for and are easy to work on for their technicians.
