I called for rates and options, they picked up I asked my first question amd he yelled No and hung up not allowing me to ask my 2nd question. My first idea was a rental wasjer dryer to split a bill evenly between my roommates and I. If that wasn't an option, I wanted to know about a lease to own option. Super simple questions to answer. If a potential new customer was treated this way how are paying customers treated?

I have been working with Eli and James for years. I have two properties in San Diego and they have serviced both over the past 5 years. This time, I had a washer that had a clutch problem. I called James on a Friday and he answered and said he can fix it Monday morning. He gave me a price for parts and labor that was very fair for market standards. I made a deal with James and told him that I would pull the washer out of the laundry room so he could have more space to get to the bottom of the washer. I also agreed to reinstall the washer and dryer back in the laundry room. James replaced the clutch with his patience, precision and experience. The part of this job that impressed me the most, James not only fixed my washer, but he also replaced the hoses and reinstalled both appliances back to the laundry room. He saved me an hour or more of my time and didn’t charge me anymore than his original quote. I would encourage anyone looking to have their appliances repaired or replaced to give this business the opportunity to work with you. I’m sure you will be very pleased with the outcome.
