Ferguson Home

I highly recommend James (Jim) Backer. Jim is excellent with customers, and gave me a wonderful experience going in person to the showroom. Other staff members, were helpful as well. I also highly recommend Ferguson for your remodeling items in terms of the variety of quality selections for the whole home. My designer set up a collaborative project for my home, and I was confused about a few things. My appointment at Ferguson was running a little late and Jim stepped in to help. He did more than address my issues and explain how things work. He sensed my worries and address those too. Again, I highly recommend Jim, and Ferguson Home in San Diego.

Our small (9 ft x 9 ft) kitchen remodel is approaching completion with cosmetic details pending. Chuck Dawes at Ferguson guided us through the process of selecting appliances and plumbing fixtures that worked with the space and the energy constraints of our condo (limited 240 V power--hence the 120 V GE Monogram speed oven combined with the 240 V wall oven, Wolf gas cook-top and the Sub-zero fridge. Chuck was not hesitant in guiding us out of possible design problems and his breadth of expertise is impressive. Can't finish this comment without credit to TK Construction for the demolition and installation and LT Designs for the flawless cabinets. Would recommend Chuck, TK Construction, and LT Designs to anyone that wants a great kitchen while working with great people.

Where do I even start? This place is SUCH a ripoff. So many of the things I bought are exact matches to items sold at Home Depot for far less money. Some things, like American Standard toilets, they ingeniously packaged as separate items (the bowl from the tank) to make them look different from what is hold at Home Depot and mark them way up. Faucets, sinks, toilets, garbage disposals, etc. I spent HUNDREDS more unnecessarily, and Ferguson refuses to do anything about it. I have more items I need to buy for my home renovation, but I won't be purchasing from Ferguson. Hard to feel good about buying there when you feel so ripped off. I will be paying to return a kitchen faucet since the SAME model number is more than $100 cheeper at Home Depot- the rest is too costly to return. SO DISAPPOINTED in Ferguson :(. I hope they reach out with an offer of goodwill, but I am not sure they will.......

Where do I even start?! Before my huge remodel, I never really even heard about Ferguson, to be honest. But I knew that my contractor worked with them, so I wanted to work with them. I scheduled an appointment and met with Chuck at the showroom to try to narrow down all that I needed to purchase to remodel my kitchen and three bathrooms. I was super overwhelmed, but he was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He also helped me create an account where I was able to select items from the site to section off into each area that I was remodeling. He has been a steady support for the entire 4.5 months of our remodel. He responds to emails quickly, is always positive, kind, and helpful. But it didn’t stop there – Johana was assigned to us to help schedule the large item deliveries. She was incredibly patient with us when we had occasional setbacks and needed to delay certain deliveries. She always responded quickly and made sure everything went smoothly. Every time I entered or called the showroom, the people at the front desk were always so helpful and once again kind. Even the live chat support was top-notch! Lastly, I had an issue with a product and I was lucky enough to have Jim the manager answer my phone call. He went above and beyond to help us when he really didn’t have to. We were humbled & blown away. I can say with complete confidence that anyone who is doing a remodel or just wants to buy anything for their home should go through Ferguson not only for the quality products, but their unmatched customer service. Everything we received and how we received it would never have happened like this anywhere else. We highly recommend!!!
