This place is fantastic for service & used good appliances. I walked in on a Saturday for help on my broken washing machine. I explained to Paul what happen and he told me want was wrong. Showed me how to take apart the top of the washer to check his theory. I went home, did as he said, and sure enough he was spot on! He told me he could have it fixed later that afternoon and he came thru on that as well. Sent out Omar who was very professional and hard working. He installed the new parts, fixed the washer and tested it. All back in working order. These folk care about thier business and customers. Use them, they know thier stuff! Mike El Cajon

My dryer stopped working out of no where, I called Paul and within a couple hours he was at my home fixing it. Paul diagnosed the problem immediately, had all the parts he needed and my dryer was running smoother than ever within minutes. He is knowledgeable, his pricing is very fair and he was a joy to talk to. I will be calling him again if any of my appliances give me problems.

Paul was one of the most helpful business owners I have ever come across. He offered excellent advice and was very quick and knowledgeable on what part I needed for my dryer. During checkout Paul said, "$10 for the part and unlimited advice is free". When My dryer still didn't work Paul walked me through troubleshooting over the phone to diagnose what was wrong. I had a great experience purchasing my washing machine from Goldsmith Appliance. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as he took the time to make sure I got the right washer for the right price and explained the warranty clearly, which gave me peace of mind. Delivery was the same day, and Omar was also professional, friendly, and efficient. He installed everything properly, removed the old machine, and even replaced the pipes with new ones. If I could give 10 stars, I would. My 25 year-old Kenmore 70 series washing machine stopped working yesterday and I had another appliance repair company come and take a look at it and they told me I would need to replace it for $800 and I might as well just buy a new washing machine. After speaking with my brother, he recommended I reach out to Paul Goldsmith to see if they have any washers or if they could fix this one. Paul personally reached out to me and gave me his phone number and asked me what was wrong and thought that it was a much easier fix at a much more affordable price. He sent out his best technician the next day And sure enough, it was only a $180 coupler repair. I couldn’t be happier and I couldn’t be happier to not have to be spending a few thousand dollars just to get a new washing machine like the other company said. Paul is honest, fast, and thorough. I’ll never go to another company ever again for washer and dryer repairs.
