Our go to for decades! Always very good work, speedy service. Trustworthy the whole thing! Now, can't get ahold of anyone, my mom got someone one day, said he'd call her back in about 15 minutes...still waiting days later. Called again, voice mail full. Called a couple of more times, no answer. Voice mail working, still no response. Moving on to someone else & probably getting ripped off. Sorry to leave Gormson, you'll be missed.

25 year old washer finally died and repairman recommended Gormsen for new one. We went in and met Kai, the owner, who was very knowledgeable, nice and was able to recommend the perfect replacement washer for me. Even better, he brought it to my home in 15 minutes, had it installed, gave me instructions, and I'm back doing laundry, same afternoon! Amazing! I very highly recommend Gormsen for appliances!

I've used Gormsen Appliance in the past for washer and dryer repair, and have always been impressed with their prompt professional service. When my trusty 30 year old refrigerator died, I knew just whom to call. Within 24 hours I got a service call, diagnosis and expert opinion from Axel. Within two more hours I had a new refrigerator in my kitchen. My installer Kai went above and beyond, not only removing the dead old behemoth for recycling, but also playing "musical refrigerators," moving the new frig into the house and the old kitchen frig out to the garage. He even helped re-hang the kitchen door. Five stars is not enough stars. Thanks to everyone at Gormsen Appliance for their excellent service!
