Nutter Appliance were true pros when fixing our E-9 error on our Bosch dishwasher. Nick clearly shared the solution by phone as well as the pricing structure of parts, service call fee, and quarter hour rates. He even estimated the time for the remove/replace of the heater/motor. Mike was our service technician and was extremely efficient (30min), respectful of the home (new floors), and friendly. Its no surprise they are a Bosch Certified operation. A+!

I had a suspicious error (E17) on my Bosch dishwasher after installing a new inlet valve (old one was leaking and cause an E15 error). Calling the Bosch tech line did not help, so I called Nutter and the gentleman on the phone was very helpfull, even knowing that I was trying to repair the washer myself. He suggested using an original Bosch valve instead of the part I installed (a perfect lookalike…) and indeed, it did the trick! The off-label valve had a way too high flow rate causing the E17 error. Will go to Nutter when I need on site repair the next time!
