No customer service. I placed the order back in June. They charged my credit card immediately and did not ship the order. Now it's September. I tried to reach them by email and via contact form on their website - no answer (no phone number on the website). Have to call the bank to reverse the credit card transaction. The next step will be filing the complaint with BBB. How can this business exist???
Update: After filling out the online form, the company replied (emailing to the customer service address found in Contact Us was not enough) and refunded the money. They discontinued the product but didn't remove it from their website. Changed one star to two stars.
