Called for a same day emergency pick up, had to vacate washer/dryer and large broken bbq w/ propane tank. Called and worked out pic up, actually messed up and over payed, not only did they accommodate my schedule, he made me right with the overpayment and arrived on time. Also he didn't need me there, they came, grabbed the stuff and handled it without me. 5 stars in my book.

EWWWWWW!!!! Gross!! Our landlord, whom is awesome btw, bought us a fridge and to be delivered to our unit. He was too busy to go to their warehouse so he trusted them and made an order over the phone with the type and size needed. As soon as it arrived, I saw the mold in the doors ice and water dispenser. Thinking it was just an outer cosmetic clean up we accepted it and happy that we finally got a fridge. Once I got the time to give it a clean, I find out just how moldy it really is...gross! I started to take off the front housing to get to the inner parts and wow, mold central!! Too much work for me and I didn't want to start taking all the parts off and electrical connections, etc. I took pics and sent them to our landlord. He then contacted Appliance Recycle and they continued to ignore his messages and they refuse to come clean it. So now, we do not use the water and ice dispenser because it is disgusted with inner mold!! NOT COOL Appliance Recycle!!
