I called these guys for a washing machine repair at one of my properties. They gave me a time window and then showed up an hour and a half past the agreed time. They charged me $50 for a diagnostic and then told me i had to order a part for the repair and my $50 would go towards the cost of my repair after it was fixed. I got the part scheduled the appointment and once again waited over an hour for them to show up just for them to tell me that the replacement of this issue wasn’t going to fix my washer and then had me order another part. Got the part and now they have completely ghosted me, not a single call or text has been answered since. My tenant has been without a washer for over a month now. I have to give one star for the review but I would leave none if possible for complete unprofessionalism, do yourself a favor and dont hire these guys if you dont want your time and money to be wasted
