Highly recommended!! My family was desperate to get our washing machine going after moving here. Our washing machine was DOA, we figured it was the door switch. Called this place and was happy to have a human answer and guide me through diagnosing the . I was put on hold while a quick search was done a few minutes later. I was happy to hear the part was in hand. I drove up there with the old part. He had the exact match went home installed it just like I was told to buy him, Walla works like a champ!! I feel like MacGyver after having fixed appliances by myself, what kind of by myself?!?! Thank you!!

Excellent service and a fair price. We moved here to Ramona and found this place right in town. Things have gotten out of hand as far as prices go. My New Year's resolution is to only buy pre owned things, not junk, gently used items. This place fits that well. Save 80% and check this place out. Highly recommend recommended!!

Excellent service. I called and needed my washer fixed. This place looked up the part I needed and had it in stock. TBH I could not be more broke, just moved, divorce, etc. They gave me the part no charge, we changed out the door switch and the washer works properly. Thank you so much! We had no clothes left, thank you! Highly recommend!

Horrible experience, purchased a dryer from this guy, it broke within weeks and he blamed me for over loading it. He did fix it but the same thing happened weeks later and still in his warranty period and he refused to repair again saying I had overloaded it. We paid another company fix it. Belt was old and both drum supports were worn and locked up. This was never serviced prior to sale. Darren is a fraud

Paul is very knowledgeable and helpful, called him for advice because I couldn’t get my dryer to work after tearing it apart and throwing new parts at it, within minutes of being on the phone with him he diagnosed the issue, looked up the correct part and sent it to me and gave me instructions on how to fix it! Very friendly and helpful guy!
