These guys were the best. I was without a dryer less than 24 hours and they delivered on a Saturday, installed my new dryer, 20 miles from their store, and hauled the old one away for only $45. Impressive. I am a direct person and questioned them about some of the complaints within their reviews, to see what they'd say. I wanted to decide for myself if the complaints had any merit. Mauricio kindly and professionally explained that sometimes people want/need their item fixed that day, and do not understand this small store does not stock every possible part for every possible brand of every possible appliance that was ever made. Sometimes parts need to be ordered which will cause a delay in the repair. He did not blame or fault the complaining customers which impressed me, because that's true professionalism. Instead he just explained why they might be complaining. I feel confident that this is the type of store that I want to support. I believe they truly do their best in ever situation and I feel like they would truly do their best to help me if my appliance broke, or if I needed a new one, etc. And such a savings over buying something new, Dave Ramsey would be proud of me.

Washers and Dryers don’t have to be super complicated. People often replace them after just a few years. Good news for you. I got a fantastic newer GE dryer for $125! I’ve had it a few months now and it works great. You can still buy this model at Home Depot for $625. Delivered and installed by a professional dressed clean in a nice truck. Very impressed.

I just moved here and was stunned to find that I have to buy a washer, dryer and fridge while renting a house at $$$$s a month! I went to this shop and they took great care of me. I got a great bundled deal from Mario on all 3 used (but looks like new and works great, even got a stainless refrigerator). Picked, bought and delivered and installed the next day. Also very polite and responsive. The store looks a bit seedy from the outside but they are great guys doing a good job at a very fair price.
