A friend recommended Yingst Appliance and I’m a happy customer and I prefer to support a Family Owned Business over the Big Box stores! Good selection of appliances with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Timely delivery and install with phone and text updates when they would arrive. Installers Antonio and Kyle were professional, friendly, thorough and careful with the new Microwave and finished in 30 minutes. Thank you Matt, Wayne, Casey, Ryan, Antonio and Kyle! Now if only you could convince the manufacturers to use better quality parts on all their models maybe they’d last longer!

I am giving this place a 5-star review, even though I didn't make a purchase. Why? Wayne was a fountain of information. He asked the right questions to get a better understanding of what we were looking for and steered us in the right direction. He also knew we were just starting the process and didn't pressure us into a sale. After hitting up another 5-6 stores, we discovered their prices were in line with the big box stores and the personal touch of a local team, and keeping dollars in our community is well worth a few extra dollars you may spend at a big box store. The ONLY reason we didn't buy here was because we had $200 in a big box gift card that was hard to pass up. I know this isn't the same as making a purchase, so I wanted to pay it forward for the information and incredible experience we had with Wayne. Plus, our kids loved the fish tank :)

I'm embarking on a project to upgrade my major appliances, so I visited the store to explore their current inventory. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Wayne, who provided exceptional assistance throughout my search. He guided me through the aisles, helping me find exactly what I was looking for while sharing insights about each appliance. I like the attentiveness that I received compared to those brick-and-mortar places.

My oven died just at the end of covid when there was not much hope of finding a reasonable replacement solution. I’m glad I waited because the big box store prices are ridiculous and they weren’t a option. I went to Yingst and boy am I glad it did! I got exactly what I needed with the help of Wayne who was a fountain of information and so patient. Their installer was very nice and professional, making this a really great experience.
