I’m extremely disappointed with this dishwasher company. They advertised and sold me a unit as “brand new,” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. When the dishwasher started having issues, we opened it up and found paper towels inside the motor—something that should never happen with a new appliance. This raises serious concerns about their honesty and quality control. It feels like I was sold a used or tampered-with unit under false pretenses. Not only is this unacceptable, it’s also a potential safety hazard. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company to think twice. What I received was not what was promised, and now I’m left dealing with the consequences.
