I recently had the misfortune of my Frigidaire Galleria going on the blink after 7 years. I called the local business where we purchased this very expensive double-sided refrigerator. They recommended their appliance service provider come out to diagnose the problem. The guy showed up & in less than 5 minutes without thoroughly evaluating the frig he don't waste your money repairing it. Charge for this $145, & he promised to send me a diagnostic report via e-mail & never did, just the receipt. This guy said buy a new one from the same business. The cost $4,100.00. This whole experience felt like another con job. I got on the internet & called 2 other business to get their view. I talked to John at Bay Masters Appliance Service & told him to send someone over. The charge was $75 for another diagnostic but Antonio did a much more thorough job & sent me an estimated cost for repair, $788.00. I got LUCKY & was swindled.

We worked with them for fixing our commercial hood. It was a difficult job that required multiple visits and many challenging surprises. Brad was an honest, excellent technician with great communication. We learned that they could be trusted to fix just about anything in a commercial kitchen. We are very pleased with the service from this team.

I contacted Bay Master appliance service to perform a service on my combo oven appliance which stopped working suddenly. Bay Master sent a technician to fix my appliance. I told specifically to the technician to fix whatever the problem is so He charged almost $ 700.00. He only replaced the fuse and gave me 3 month warranty authorized by Bay Master appliance service company. The service was performed on the December the 15th 2025 so It should expired on the 15 of March 2026. On Saturday March 14, the oven stoped working suddenly so I called them 6:41 pm. On Saturday Twice but They did not responded. When I called Them on March 17 2026, Customer service said that They are closed on Saturday and Sunday so the warranty ended the day before weekend(Friday) and Bay Master appliance said there is nothing They can Do even though on the invoice which is a legal document does not specify what Bay Master appliance said. The Technician, Mitchell agreed with Them. So be careful with this company that offers You the best service and at the end They do not keep their promises and warranty. ——————- Bay Master send me an Email saying that They offered me to send a Technician to check my appliance and wave the cost for the diagnosis but, They will charge me for the repairs or give me a discount. That is not how the warranty works. If They fixed it the first time and it fails again then that is what warranty is for, so, they do not have to charge any money at all. I do repairs too so I know the meaning of “warranty”.

I want to recognize Eric from Bay Master for stepping in and actually resolving a refrigerator issue that had already been mishandled by another company over multiple visits. Before Eric got involved, there were three separate service calls from a different provider that failed to correctly diagnose the problem. The unit kept losing refrigerant, and no real solution was delivered. Eric came in, performed his own diagnostic, and identified the real issue—damage to the evaporator coil caused by contact with the defrost heater, which should never happen. He then returned to complete the repair properly. What stands out is that he didn’t rely on prior assumptions or previous diagnoses. He approached it correctly, found the root cause, and fixed it. After the repair, the refrigerator pulled down to temperature quickly and has been holding steady—completely different performance than before. It was a frustrating situation overall, but Eric handled it the right way and delivered an actual solution. If you need someone who can diagnose and fix the real problem—not just guess—Bay Master is the company you want.

I had my frig fixed instead of getting a new one. I looked at new black ones but they ran $700- 1200 more. So far so good on the fix. Im hoping it runs for many years. Good service and timely.
