I assumed it was clutch. It was the "motor coupling". APC had it in stock, affordable, back up and running. Now willing to take on appliance repairs for family and friends knowing that we have a quality parts supplier in town.

Went here for a couple of switches for my in-laws old stove range that wasn’t working. They had exactly what we needed, I bought their last 2 infinity switches and installed them at their home with a new element and now range elements all heat up and work fantastic. The switches and element were priced well. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I recommend this store for hard to find old appliance parts!

A super friendly family owned business and very knowledgeable. I needed a refrigerator door seal replaced and was told that it would cost $300 to replace it so I should just buy a new refrigerator!!! What?!! I don’t think so Tim! So I did me some web searches and found out that it only takes about 1/2 hour start to finish to do it myself. Me being the gear head that I am called Appliance parts Co. and ordered a new seal. What’s super amazing about this place is that they are very knowledgeable about parts. The person I spoke with on the phone found the part in no time flat and ordered it for me with out even asking for a C.C. # Later I remembered that I have a broken pull out in my other refrigerator so I decided to go to the store and talk with them. When I got there I was greeted with smiles and “long story short” he ordered the pull out drawer in 5 min after giving him the make and model. PEOPLE, PLACES LIKE THIS ARE LIKE TRYING TO FIND A NEEDLE IN A HAY STACK, THEY ARE SO HARD TO FIND “thanks to the internet” PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM AS THEY ARE A RARE COMMODITY THAT WE ALL NEED.
