First, I didn't purchase any appliance from here as I found something confusing. They sell imperfect products due to minor damage, and claimed 45% - 60% discount, but the price is actually 15-20% less than brand new. For example the exactly same LG WashTower Single Unit priced $1600 in Costco w/ 5 yr warranty and they sell $1400 w/ 1 yr warranty. they told me 45%-60% is based on MSRP but hey, who knows and cares MSRP, we as customer only see whatever price in market. So do not be mislead by advertised discount. I am giving 2 start because sales rep is responsive.
