I needed a house full of new (to me) appliances. I was able to get 5 of the 6 from this business. I received attentive help. Andrea, who I assumed was the owner, was very helpful. There were a few glitches, and I was very impressed with their integrity and felt that my happiness as a customer was the most important priority. They also delivered and installed for me. I would definitely recommend them if you need an appliance(s)!

Excellent inventory. I was amazed to see how many options I had to choose from. I did purchase an appliance and it has been working flawlessly for weeks now. It didn't arrive on time and I did hafta cancel an appointment to remain home for the 4 hour late delivery. However the delivery driver was extra courteous and even offered to hook it up even though I declined do to a needed repair to the plumbing. Delivery fee for a 5 mile delivery with hook up was $20. That's a deal ... Thanks, I will be back if I need another appliance. NOTE: Every appliance regardless of its age was thoroughly cleaned and prepped for sale👍👍👍👍👍

Long story short I had washer and dryer delivered and installed. There were some inconveniences along the way and at one point I could see the guy didn’t want to install the washer and dryer after I showed him they would fit. Called the boss who is amazing and she told them to and guess what it worked out. Paid the guys $20 previously if it didn’t work out and then gave the rest AFTER everything got installed which was $330 so altogether $350 and the chap still said I was short! I tried my best to explain but they couldn’t understand because they could barely speak English themselves as I myself barely speak Spanish so it goes both ways. Once again the boss was great but the driver was cool until the money came up and then tried to tell me I was short when I was not. I will do future business with them but hope to see improvement within his understanding capabilities. Thank you guys!
