The sales person that we worked with, Lillian, was wonderful. She helped us find the right products, was very knowledgeable to answer our questions and we really enjoyed working with her. She even set up a service appointment for an older appliance that we had purchased there even though she didn't have to. I strongly recommend her for anyone who goes to that place to shop for appliances.

My boyfriend bought us a new dryer. We walked in and kind of took a look around ourselves. No one really came to help us. We had to look for the sales person, but they have good stuff there. Delivery was set for next day which was great.The delivery was easy and fast. They took my old one away and I’m very thankful I have a new dryer. We bought an LG 1 year warranty at a very good price. Update: We bought a new stove. Great price Installation was quick & easy. And they hauled away my old one Yuck. I love my new stove Now top chef cooking only! Thanks Homewise. So professional.

Make sure to do your research before walking in! Like many large-item showrooms, the sales floor can feel a bit intense with salespeople eager to approach you. I already knew what I wanted and just needed to verify a few details in person, so I politely declined the initial greeters and looked around on my own. When I was ready, I connected with Moe Meschi, and he was fantastic! Moe answered all of my specific questions perfectly, was incredibly knowledgeable, and never pressured me into upgrades. I highly recommend asking for him directly. However, the open-desk layout does present some issues. While being helped, another salesperson nearby was handling a client on speakerphone. She was incredibly loud, and because of the speakerphone, everyone in the area could hear the customer openly sharing sensitive personal information and email addresses. It was completely unprofessional and a major privacy concern. I brought this to the attention of the lead sales manager, as it made the environment incredibly uncomfortable for both the customers and the other consultants. Moe and his team deserve a better workspace, and that employee definitely needs coaching on basic phone etiquette and customer discretion.

My experience with Homewise was very good. I went to the showroom. I was looking for a counter depth side by side refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker on the external, they had a vast amount of options to choose from. And the customer service sales person was great to work with. It was a great experience. The price was great and I got exactly what I wanted.
