Terrible service! Spent over 1100, the fridge is making a noise, STILL. They voided our warranty cause we had problems with it twice. The repair man did not speak English. And she harassed me when I didn’t sign the paperwork, my mother’s name was on the paperwork. TERRIBLE!

I bought a bottom freezer refrigerator from them at the beginning of the year. The delivery was on time. Loved it. Unfortunately, we moved last month, our helper was less than careful moving our refrigerator. It just stopped working. So, we will probably be going back in to get another refrigerator soon. We know what part it needs, but it will be about a much as I paid for the whole thing. I'm stressing, it's 2 days before Christmas and all my food is going bad. Just trying to figure how to afford it right now, worst time for this. I'm glad that this place has good appliances at good prices, If I can figure out how to get the money right now, I'll be in for another refridgerator.

I needed a fridge it was an emergency and they helped me out the same day delivery. They we’re good in communicating when they will be out to deliver. However we were concerned when we plugged the fridge the lights did not worked. I called the next day and they were going to send someone out to check it out but they told me to go ahead use the fridge it was not going to affect the function it’s just going to be something simple. Sure enough it was the light switch that was stuck! My experience with them was great and the product/ service great as well! I love my new fridge it works very well. I would recommend them to anyone and will for sure come back to buy in the future!
