Not recommended for repair services. I had a diagnostic service for my french door fridge. While fridge was working, the freezer couldn’t freeze and ice maker couldn’t make ice. He said the compressor is not working and it will cost about $700. He recommended to buy a new refrigerator. The diagnostic was wrong and that wasn’t the problem. Now everything works after fixing it with very small charge by different repair service.

Service was excellent. Bought a washer and dryer set a few months ago. Washer was acting up I called to see if they were able to come by to take a look at it. Next morning someone came out to take a look and was able to figure out the problem fast I didn’t have to worry about anything. We were pretty busy too and his great attitude made my family feel confident that he will be able to fix the washer. Highly recommend they are so helpful.

Update:It’s been a few years since I wrote the review and I had originally gave it 1 star. They did call and talk to me and they fixed the issue. I meant to change this review and forgot. It was miscommunication between me and the repair man. The fridge lasted me until this year. I believe that was 3 years life I got out of it. They kept their word and I was wrong about their customer service. Sorry it took so long for me to correct my review. My mom purchased me a washer, dryer and Samsung fridge. They gave her a 30 day policy on it. By the second week the washer messed up as well as the fridge. The technician came by and replaced the sensor on the fridge and defrosted the ice that had accumulated. He advised that it would be cheaper to get another washer instead of fixing it. Since they had an exact washer they let me just swap it out. Another two weeks he had to come out again for the fridge. Said it was the thermostat. He changed that. Then again it messes up and stops cooling. I wanted an exchange on a fridge but the lady convinced my mom to let them take it to the warehouse to fix it or else they’ll exchange it. I just called and they haven’t even looked at it yet. And don’t plan to until the end of the week. They’ve had it for 5 days already. What horrible customer service I feel. If I could give them half a star I would.

We received our washing machine just one hour after purchasing it! We bought a refurbished Whirlpool for $189, can't beat that price. $35 for delivery. We were first told it would be delivered the next day after 5:00pm, then immediately received a phone call from Laura letting us know that it would be the same day. Jimmy came through, since his brother-in-law/delivery guy was heading out of town. He was SO friendly and professional, taking great care not to scratch real wood floors. He placed our old washing machine on his shoes while walking it to his dolly. He made sure the water temperature ran as expected and made it to the first cycle. Great customer service and prices!
