There’s a reason why RG Appliances has only five star reviews!! Because this company and its leader, Rick, is absolutely the best in terms of their service and honesty!! A friend referred Rick to me years ago to fix a leak from my small beverage refrigerator. I then used a year later to fix an issue with my large wine refrigerator. Any more recently Rick performed a maintenance service on my large kitchen, refrigerator, as well as troubleshooting a confusing issue with my 10 year old Bosch dishwasher that kept giving me an error code due leak. I have priced out these services with other appliance vendors on yelp and none of them quote what Rick charges for his work. Rick’s prices are fair and low, and more importantly, he is very easy to talk to, and very honest. If it’s a small and easy fix, he tells you that, and charges very little. He doesn’t make up a fake issue to charge more, like other companies do. It’s rare to find someone like Rick in the world we live in today, but I’m sure he’s realized that karma is real and he is running an honest and successful business because of it!

I was in urgent need of a freezer repair and Rick quickly made it out in under 12 hours of my request. Prompt, attentive, detail oriented, honest, professional and reasonable. He does a great job of explaining the issue, how to mitigate other problems and what to look out for. I would definitely recommend working with him for any appliance repair needs.
