Bait and Switch. Total waste of time. I go in with my wife to find an oven. We found one after over an hour of finalizing what we wanted. The sales person was really friendly and professional. He sends us to lady to check us out. She was acting really nervous and very disconnected. The stove was listed for $2500. She handed me the invoice for $10,000. I asked if she selected the wrong stove. Then she admitted to the price being wrong and taking down the sign. Ok.. we immediately decided to leave. It was a rude response. Why couldn’t they tell us instead of wasting our time. A simple, we made a mistake, and we would have found a different stove. Do not waste your time.

I waited almost a year to post a review because things started out a little rocky with my washer/dryer set and I wanted to see how they’d last with longer use. I bought a used washer/dryer set, the service was great and they drove it up to my place and installed it for me. After they left, I noticed a hose on the back was missing for the steamer function on the dryer- no problem, they had someone come up with the part and install it for me within a couple days. After that, the washer went out. This is all within the first couple weeks. I’m not sure exactly what happened to it but it wasn’t draining appropriately and they came and replaced the part. All in all, the customer service was amazing and even though I had some issues with the machines initially, they fixed it right away and the machines have been running great since then. I’d go back to them if I needed another appliance.
