The team at University Electric are the best as they are knowledgeable, responsive and great to interact with. They deal with high end appliances and have recommendations for Installers who figure out how to make things work flawlessly.

University Electric has a wide selection of appliances and great customer service. We needed them to hold a few items during a remodel and they were very easy to work with. The delivery and installation also went smoothly as they communicated with me and my contractor on the day of for minor issues. 100% would recommend for their customer service.

University Electric is on Martin Ave. in Santa Clara is a great place to shop for appliances. They have a great showroom with all the major brands on display. Adam Heintz who we worked with is an excellent salesperson to work with. He explained in detail pros and cons of every appliance and brand we were considering and helped us make the right choice. He gave us the best options for our set up and worked with us patiently and helped answer questions we had even after the installation.

I went to University Electric on Martin Ave, San Jose with my wife to buy a dishwasher. I was going to leave and then we met with their salesperson Adam Heintz, who was able to explain how the Miele 7196 worked. When we tried it by ourselves we didn't understand it fully, but after Adam explained it and that it was a simple interface we were confident enough to buy it. Without his help we wouldn't have bought it and now that we have it we are very happy as it is an amazing machine. They have the best stuff in that store but also the best sales professionals.

Buying Wolf appliances the prices are going to be the same at any of thier distributors. What separates University is that they held our appliances in there own warehouse until they day we needed delivery. Everything delivered without damage. Highly recommend Newton and thier supporting team.
