Air Quality Systems is the BEST. They provide a quote and that is the amount you pay - no surprises. Tim Taylor, customer service rep scheduled the service to clean my ducts. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the process. Alan came on time with his assistant & did a PROFESSIONAL cleaning and explained the process as he moved from one area to another. When he and his assistant came into my house, they slipped on "paper booties" over their shoes! I was amazed!! I have had many service companies come to my home, however, NON of them slipped on booties. I would HIGHLY recommend AQS! Also, I was so impressed with Tim Taylor, I called & spoke to his manager, Duncan, to let him know how Tim presented himself on the phone and answered all my many questions without getting irritated. I wanted our air vents cleaned for a long time, reviewed a good number of them. I finally decided on Air Quality Systems and they did not disappoint. KJ, the customer service rep who took my call explained the process - what to expect and how payment is processed. She was excellent! The technicians assigned to do the job, Miguel and Jorge, were very thorough. Miguel explained what to expect, answered our questions. They did a thorough cleanup after. The process took a whole day but I believe it was all worth it. The service was done November 5th. I purposely held off on posting this review until after Thanksgiving. My son who develops severe allergies every time he visits said he can smell clean air when he entered the house. No allergies this time. I also had my regular HVAC technician come 2 days after the air duct cleaning was done. My HVAC tech also gave his approval.

I did my research ahead of time and it was clear that Air Quality Systems had the certification and customer satisfaction history to warrant having them clean our air ducts. The home is 40 years old and the duct system from age, use and construction was filthy. The process from scheduling to the crew showing up and doing the work was very straightforward. Our crew of Alan and Steven was top notch. They were knowledgable, very hard workers and careful to cover carpeting and furniture. Very pleased with their overall professionalism. I had diligently contacted multiple NADCA certified companies, while gathering quotes. Thier customer rep (K.J.) was absolutely fantastic with the details she provided about their services & vent cleaning processes. Her being so personable, kind & informative (along with competitive prices & their having a dozen NADCA certified employees) is why I chose Air Quality Systems. Their duct cleaning crew (Alex & Anthony) arrived on time, worked meticulously & also took the time to answer all questions asked throughout their cleaning process. They left my home spotless. --FYI: The "Air Scrubber" purifier machine they ran during the process was AMAZING. I could already feel the difference in the cleanliness of the air in the home even prior to them being halfway done. I highly recommend this company for a job well done. They stand heads & shoulders ABOVE their competitors.
