I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mila Cares Inc. Their air purifiers are not only sleek and modern, but also incredibly effective—noticeable difference in air quality within hours. What really sets them apart, though, is their customer service. Every interaction I've had has been prompt, kind, and genuinely helpful. The app integration is seamless, the filters are top-tier, and I love how Mila provides real-time insights into what’s actually happening in the air around me. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought and care into every detail. Highly recommend Mila to anyone who wants peace of mind when it comes to the air they breathe. Worth every penny!

I don’t usually leave public complaints, but I feel like people should know what they’re getting into before investing in a Mila air purifier or subscribing to their filter service. We bought a Mila air purifier less than a year ago, and it started making a terrible noise pretty quickly. Life got busy, so I didn’t report it right away—we just lived with the noise for a while. When I finally contacted support, I went through all their troubleshooting steps, sent multiple videos, and dealt with a lot of back and forth. Eventually, I gave up and bought a different purifier from another brand. Since we weren’t using the Mila anymore, I went into my account and canceled my filter subscription—or so I thought. Apparently, I had two separate subscriptions running, and I only canceled one. No warning popped up when I canceled, no red flags. Just a quiet assumption that I was done. Then out of nowhere, I received another $90+ filter I didn’t want, for a machine I no longer use. When I reached out to Mila, they told me that because they send a “heads-up” email four days before shipping, and because of their health and safety policy, they can’t accept returns—even for a product that is still sealed in the box and completely untouched. Honestly, I probably could’ve just walked into the post office and said “Return to Sender,” but I figured being honest and working with the company would yield a decent outcome. It didn’t. And that’s what really bothers me: This is just another example of a company using fine print and technicalities to trap you in a subscription model. No real reminder. No text alert. Just an email buried under spam and junk that most of us don’t have time to sift through daily. If you’re thinking of buying a Mila purifier, be warned: • The product may not last a full year. • Canceling subscriptions is confusing and unclear. • Customer service will not make exceptions, even when the product is unopened and unused. • “Health and safety” is being used as a blanket excuse to keep your money. This experience has made me even more hesitant about any subscription service moving forward. It shouldn’t be this hard to stop buying something you no longer use.

I’ve tried a few different air purifiers, but nothing compares to Mila. It’s powerful, smart, and keeps the air in my home feeling crisp and clean. The customer service is also fantastic—they truly care about their customers. I had to write in to ask a question about connecting to the app, and they responded within 24 hours. Great product so far!

The Mila Cares Air Purifier is hands down the best investment I’ve made for my home. The air feels noticeably fresher, and I love how intuitive the controls are. It runs quietly, so I can keep it on while I sleep without any disturbances. The filter subscription service is super convenient, ensuring I never run out. If you’re considering an air purifier, this is the one to get!
