Just as with all previous service visits from the technicians at Santa Cruz Appliance Repair, my experience was excellent across the board.
This time around, I scheduled the appointment with Mara whose thoroughness, clear communication, follow through, and patience with me (since I had a lot to say!) were consistent throughout the scheduling process. I especiallywant to give a big thank you to this company for being willing to book me on short notice right before the busy holiday weekend. Santa Cruz Appliance Repair really goes

Our technician, Ben, courteously called to give me his ETA and then arrived right when he said he would. I could immediately tell he was going to be great to work with within one minute into our conversation.
Beyond being truly congenial, Ben was extremely well-informed about the way our Electrolux ventless stackable washer dryer worked. Equally important, he shared with us a few simple maintenance tips that we as homeowners could do to extend the longevity of the appliance.
Ben was there to do the work requested and not to upsell any other services. He was skilled and professional, and confirmed once again that this company consistently provides superb service. Big thanks to Ben, Mara, and Trevor!
