Best customer service I have had in years!! I had a wonderful experience at Coast appliance services. I called to get my GE dishwasher fixed, and while the person I spoke to explained that he wouldn’t be able to service my appliance, he walked me through troubleshooting steps and provided alternate contacts. The troubleshooting steps worked and I now have a functional dishwasher. I was so amazed at the level of customer service all without me even being a paying customer! Thank you! I will certainly be looking to Coast for any future services

Rob came to repair our 20+ year old Kenmore Elite washing machine yesterday (10/20/2025). It was shot. Parts and labor were more than buying a new machine. He is a straight shooter. He told us what was wrong, why it was not worth fixing and recommended getting a Whirlpool or one of the brands that are built by Whirlpool for another label as they last the longest, outside of buying a commercial machine at 4x the price. He is a wealth of knowledge and I would unhesitatingly recommend him for any large appliance repair.

Fantastic service. Robert and I discussed the issue, and he arrived with the right part, and after a couple confirmatory diagnostic tests he had our drier up and running again. Along the way he showed me ways to clean and maintain it, and even coached me through fixing my own dishwasher - which now works without rinsing! They were busy so I waited a week for the appointment… totally worth the wait. Highly recommend.

I’ve known Robert for at least 30 years. He and his wife are professional & provide exceptional service. Robert knows his stuff & will make time for you if you’re in a jam. When my parents retired here, I recommended Coastal Appliance & they were stoked to find someone trustworthy, super knowledgeable, kind, funny & honest! He goes the extra mile. Amazing customer service and quick response. My dryer died mid use. Got on line, finding little to no response. Coastal Appliance was an experience of days gone by. Answered phone, asked a few questions...Robert came out in a few hours and made dryer work like knew. Reasonable rates. Kind, knowledgeable person. Great job. Done. There are still some ethical, smart, appliance specialists and this one....the king!! This business is the best of the best. What a pleasure from first phone call to saying thanks and good by.
