I did buy a used washer from this company. Spent over $300 for a diagnostic and bought a used washer to replace my old one. After two months it stopped working and the company still wanted to charge me diagnostics and no form of apology for the inconvenience the machine gave us. I don't recommend this company at all if you want a reliable, long term machine.
