National Appliance Parts

I was surprised to come back into town to find my old appliance parts changed hands. I was afraid I wasn't going to be treated as a loyal customer I once was with APED. But Robert from National is an exceptional person and made me feel right at home. I was also surprised they now sell used appliances as I was an the market for swapping out an electric dryer for a gas one. But when I thought it would be difficult to return with my truck and score this good deal on a dryer, Robert actually worked with me. He came back about an hour after closing on a Saturday so I could take delivery of it. I was literally there to pick up an AC capacitor and left with a dryer my mom so desperately needed. Thanks a lot Robert you are an amazing individual and I appreciate you . Thanks to you the AC unit is fixed And the dryer is already in use today. I will make sure to tell everyone in my field that I got a guy at National, he'll take care of you..

Robert from Modesto store was very helpful and knowledgeable locating the parts I needed. Carlos was very helpful and friendly when I picked up my parts at their Stockton location. The Stockton store has a cool display of old washing machines, stoves and ovens some are hundred years old. Some tiny ones looks like toys but has electric cords so I assume they are real. Very cool place and people. And helpful.
