Showed up on time and helped fix one of our GE gas burners which didn’t ignite! He had cleaned up all the orifices in 30 minutes and it works fine now. Costed us $180 for this. $85 diagnostic and the rest was labor for fixing it. I thought the diagnostic/ visit fee will be used towards parts and services but the looks like it does not. No parts were replaced

Few months back, I had got by refrigerator repaired by Azer as my freezer’s evaporative cooler failed and there was ice/frost on the coils. He repaired the issue and I had received warranty for parts and labor. Fast forward last week, the same issue resurfaced and I texted Azer. Mentioned about the problem. He immediately responded, he looked up my address and knew that this service was for warranty. He immediately came to my home and spend over a hour to fix the issue at no cost. This is clearly an example of customer first and standing behind his work without any discussion. I would highly recommend Azer for any appliance service.

Azer did an amazing job fixing my high end oven. After recently purchasing my home, I noticed the oven wasn’t working properly. We originally used our warranty, but the first repairman couldn't find the necessary part. I called around and found Azer for a second opinion, he immediately located the hard to find part and replaced it as soon as it arrived. Without his help, we wouldn’t have been able to keep our amazing oven.
