Dishonest Service & Zero Accountability - Avoid at all costs! "I hired this technician to fix my washing machine, and it was a complete waste of money $130+20 Tip. He guaranteed his work for 3 months, yet the machine broke down again just 2 days later. The most frustrating part is his lack of professionalism. He completely ignored my text after the failure. When my sister messaged him from a different number, he replied instantly but as soon as he realized it was us, he went silent and stopped responding. This person does not honor his warranty and hides from his customers. Save your money Do not hire them.

Terrible service and very unreliable. Called him to diagnose a broken dishwasher, said the motor was faulty and parts would take months. I had a spare unit, so asked him to install that instead. After installation, it leaked due to improperly secured pipes. The next day, the dishwasher slid out because it wasn't installed correctly. Tried contacting him to fix it, he made promises, never showed up, and then ghosted my calls. They also damaged items that were working fine before. All my money wasted. Would give negative 5 stars if I could. Strongly recommend staying away.

Hired To Fix A Washer & Did Not Work At All After He Left. Charged Full Amount & Gave False Warranty. Tried To Claim Warranty & William Tacunan Would Claim He Would Come “Tomorrow, The Day Never Arrived. After That He Leaves Us On Seen. This Guy Seems To Scam Alot Of People.

I hired this person to fix my stove, paid $150, and the issue is still exactly the same as before. He assured me it would be taken care of, but the moment I told him the problem wasn’t fixed, he started dodging my calls and messages. He even hung up on me when I tried to reach him. This is extremely unprofessional behavior. If you can’t actually repair the problem, the bare minimum is to communicate honestly and provide a refund — not take people’s money, make false promises, and disappear. I trusted him to do a simple job, and instead I got dishonesty, zero results, and complete disrespect. Save yourself the headache and avoid this business at all costs. There are plenty of real professionals out there — this is not one of them.
