Thank you Ben and Carlos! We were really wanting this oven range, but didn't want to pay the price from a big box store. We had a concern about the functionality on a simple part and you had a member come over and fix it right away. We were even able to get the manufacturer warranty! Punctual, respectful, caring, and careful in our home. Not much more you could ask for. Thanks guys!

I live in Cotopaxi, 2 hours away. I could not get a repair guy out to my property from Canon City, Pueblo or Colorado Springs. ABC exclusively serves Colorado Springs. I explained my situation and ABC stepped up. I looked on the website, found several fridges that satisfied my needs. I don't remember the name of the gentleman I spoke with, but he talked with me about the pros and cons of all the units I was looking at. After choosing one, I asked If I could put a 100$ down and pay the rest in cash on delivery. He had no problem with that. He scheduled me for delivery 2 days later, try getting that at a "Big Box Store". The delivery guys were great; they texted me when they were an hour away and again when they stopped to get gas letting me know their ETA. They were Fast, Efficient and respectful of my home. 5 Stars is not enough to tell you how grateful I am to have purchased from ABC Appliances. I will be calling again, hopefully not as despite when I do. Purchased a Bosch Refrigerator.

I was super impressed with the staff at ABC appliance. Carlos worked with me to deliver a new refrigerator, have it installed by two great guys and take my old broken one. I had several phone calls with Carlos about the process and he just has amazing people skills! A pleasant experience and my refrigerator looks great and is running great.

Finally, a place that does things right! Found this gem, and I wasn't disappointed -- had new and used appliances on hand to choose from and for affordable prices; then, a one price delivery fee that included everything (they didn't nickel&dime me with the add-ons like other stores), which included: haul away, delivery and hookup with the bells and whistles. Service was efficient and pleasant. Love that it's a local, veteran-owned business -- thank you! Will definitely recommend to all my friends and use again!
