Mountain High Appliance

Our family has been going to Mountain High Appliance for years. There is a reason that folks always go back and not reach out for appliances at other places that may be a bit less expensive. The reason? The people! I was in need of a new washer and dryer and walked in and was immediately greeted by Nate. He even was kind enough when he found out I had come for so many years if I had a particular sales rep I wanted to work with. Now, first off, how good is that.....as I'm pretty sure all employees work off of a commission! I was impressed. Honesty is a critical component of having customers return time and time again. Nate was very knowledgeable and explained things very well. I figured it would take a while for me to decide and with Nates expertise, I had my mind made up within probably 15 minutes. The folks at Mountain High Appliance are superb and I highly recommend them.

Don't be suckered! TV is flooded with commercials these days. I guess it is cheaper to buy air time than actually do what they promise. From our own experience and obviously that of many, many others, their customer service absolutely ends once the product is delivered. If you have the slightest problem after that you are on your own. Read the one star reviews.

The worst company to deal with EVER. Think before purchasing a product!!!! I have ben on the phone night and day for three weeks. My refrigerator is broken.Actually, not broken.The compressor is out and they will not even have the courtesy to get me a repairman to try to fix it. All calls go to customer service, which is out of country.And they tell you that no one there can transfer you to a u s person.So therefore they just hide behind their people out of country.And have no desire to try to take care of people that are without refrigeration.For over three weeks!! Go to another company that can give you better service than l.G. M. DiRito

This was almost a 1-star very bad review, but Mountain High Appliance came through in the end and made things right and made me a very happy customer. After serious issues with the warranty company (NEVER use Epic warranty company), MH Appliance helped me get a new washing machine. Victor was amazing to work with and made sure to put me at the top of the list after being without a washing machine for 2 weeks. I appreciate a company standing behind itself and helping their customers because I know the products you sold me initially are having issues out of your control. Thank you for doing the right thing Mountain High Appliance!
