5 stars across the board. Danny & Aaron were two of the nicest and respectful guys I've ever had for a delivery. Their professionalism and quality of the work they did for the install/removal of the old dishwasher was perfect. I can't rave about these two enough. Josh, the gentleman that I purchased the dishwasher from over the phone was also great. He was very well educated and provided superior service. Day of delivery I called and spoke with Jeff. Another true gentleman. He went out of his way to provide me an accurate ETA inside of the two hour window. This was truly appreciated, especially in such a short window. Jeff was very professional, agreed with all the high regards I gave the team, and made the final payment a very stress-free & smooth transaction. Didn't get a chance to talk to John, but sir, you have yourself an amazing crew there. You must be one hell of a boss/owner to retain such talent. This business is highly recommended across the board.

My dryer suddenly died on me just before Thanksgiving. We went to Allstar on Saturday afternoon and the gentleman there could not have been more helpful. He arranged for me to get a floor model because they were back ordered until almost Christmas! My new dryer was delivered 3 days later by 2 very nice young men who took my old dryer and installed the new one in no time! They even fixed my vent in the garage because it came apart during installation! I highly recommend Allstar Appliance! It makes me happy to support a local family owned business!

I actually never got to use their repair service, but did experience their very poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago for today, May 21, 2025. This morning someone called me at 8 a.m. to ask me if I someone had called me to confirm my appointment. I told him no. Then he told me someone would at my house by 10 a.m. At 11 a.m. the same person called me to tell me that he got stuck on a job for hours (so I am assuming that was the repairman) and he was not able to make it. He then told me I would need to reschedule for next week. I told him I had made the appointment 2 weeks before. He then told me he would see if he could fit me in tomorrow and told me he would call me back. I just got a call at 3:40 pm from someone else to tell me that he could reschedule me for Friday, May 23. I told him I was not available and told him that this whole situation was very unprofessional. He told me he was not the repairman and he was not the one that cancel on me. I told him that regardless of that, he also works for the same company. Needless to say, who can bring himself to apologize on behalf of the company. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with this company. They deserve no stars for their customer service, but I have to give them one to be to post the review. Shameful!
